BjÖrkliden Catalogue

Björkliden Fjällby is situated 250 km north of the Arctic Circle and is a paradise for nature activities such as skiing, hiking, dogsledding, fishing and mountain biking.

At Summer Design I was responsible for the layout and art direction of their summer and winter catalogue for 2009/2010. The concept was focused on strong seasonal colors with different stories for each spread combined with beautiful photos and informational illustrations. This project was produced together with Fredrik Vial, Joakim Holmqvist and Birger Hedenheim at Summer Design.

Public Class

Public Class is a group developers based on Södermalm in Stockholm with burning passion for web techonlogies and flash. In Decemeber 2008 I designed their new identity in all black and white with clear retro feel.

I can really recommend these guys for any flash project. They have worked with clients such as GE, Saab, Stella Artois and Ikea.

"Lärarnas A-kassa" is Swedens unemployment insurance for teachers. Together with Fredrik Vial, Joakim Holmqvist and Birger Hedenheim at Summer Design I designed their new logotype and identity. This project is still under process.

Dancemade

Back in 2004 i created my own personal online identity, dancemade. This project shows the version of 2006 where i created an full scale brand including my own typeface.

I also created wood cut figures of the logotype that was highly appriciated around many blogs at the time.

Since the release of the project it has been published in books like TACTILE - High Touch Visuals, Playful Type, Los Logos 5, Logology Fontobssesed, Designing the Branding Experience and Experimenta Design Magazine.

Together with graduating copywriter Fia Haak from Forsbergs school of communication I designed a poetrybook with her and her mums previous poems and lines. The book was produced with half yellow and half turquoise/green papers, and a cardboard paper for the hardcover. This was her graduation project.

Fia studied at Forsbergs school of comunication. Photos in the book by Ulf Haak and Ida Borg.

Quit Smoking Gum

In 2006 I was asked by the leading magazine in Sweden for graphic design, CAP & Design, to participate in their monthly section "the Assignment" (in Swedish called "Uppdraget"). The brief was to create a packing concept and logotype for a quit smoking gum called "Quit", aimed for a younger target.

My solution and concept was built on bright colors, cubic shapes and a "Q" (or/and a speechbubble) symbolizing the obvious request in this case.

Omegapoint Invitation

Omegapoint is a market leading expert in system architecture, security and IT management. In November 2008 they moved their office to the well known Hötorget buildings, (In Sweden known as "Hötorgshusen" or "Hötorgsskraporna", "-scrapers") and wanted to have an special invitation for their moving in party.

Together with my friends at Summer I created an invitation that easily could be folded into one of the Hötorget buildings. As simple as that!
